The unique feature of The Barn is its rural equestrian aspect while being within easy travelling distance of the M6, M69 and M1 motorways in addition to the A45. Major cities that are easily accessible are: Coventry, Birmingham and Leicester.
The space
The accommodation is a converted barn that has undergone a tasteful conversion, providing a peaceful escape. We are located along a country lane, set within 50 acres of prime English countryside.
Our farm is now used as an equestrian centre so please expect to see and hear horses during your stay. We are happy to introduce you to our horsey residents!
The accommodation is spacious with free Wi-Fi, a main bathroom comprising separate walk in shower and bath alongside a shower en-suite upstairs.
An excellent choice for couples, families and business groups: the two large dining tables also provide the perfect work space.
The Barn consists of a large snug with a corridor to the right that leads to the bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and drawers. In addition there is a flight of stairs that leads to an ensuite bedroom with a double bed and walk in wardrobe. The snug can also be set up with three additional beds to provide extra accommodation. Follow through the door from the snug to the open plan living and dining room, with kitchen beyond.
The living dining area is extremely spacious with a large sofa and two dining tables.
We provide a spacious accommodation with all the facilities to ensure your stay is a comfortable, unforgettable experience. We also offer free washing facilities: a washing machine is located in the outside WC that is attached to the end of the barn.
Free on site secure parking is provided which can accommodate multiple vehicles.
Guest access
As guests, you will be reserving the complete barn and, as such, you will have access to all areas.
Other things to note
As we are close to Birmingham Airport, if you book to stay with us prior to the date of your flight, we are willing to allow you to park your car at our AirBnB property, at your own risk, while you fly off on your trip.
